Screening – Startups are screened and selected to present to the INSEAD Angels through on-line meetings (or in-person meeting in future). Generally, we prioritize startups with INSEAD co-founders, investors and advisors.
Pitch Meeting – The entrepreneurs will give a short pitch followed by Q/A and close door discussion.
Followup/Due Diligence – Successful pitches will be followed up with more detailed due diligence on the product/service, market, and leadership team. The results of the due diligence will be shared with group members who will decide whether to invest (or not) individually. Invested companies will provide periodic progress updates.
Investment Decision: Our angels can write individual checks or if there is significant interest, we can create a syndicate or special purpose vehicle (SPV) to pool investments.
